The WATER - DENSITY - STANDARDIZATION WDS is the logical development in the field of concrete residual water treatment for concrete production. The system reduces the water density of concrete residual water from concrete recycling plants to a targeted, freely selectable, adjustable value and thus meeting the requirements for full reuse of this water for concrete production. In addition, the operator avoids excessive sediment waste, as only necessary sediment has to be removed from the reservoir. The patented process ultimately allows the sediments discharged from the water to be recycled. Hence, the waste that is normally to be disposed can be used again as an aggregate in concrete production.
Accumulated residual water around the concrete production can be used again to a large extent according to DIN EN 1008. This requires compliance with the approved parameters of the water specification for concrete production. The WDS provides a constant water density in the gray water basin using intelligent and extremely robust control technology. Thus the problem of an expensive rest water disposal during the winter months can be solved. Another advantage is the mobility of the system. This can be used in a very short time at another location.
An important component of standardization is the special, fully automated density measurement system. This ensures a constantly adjustable water density in the grey water tank and provides constant production conditions to the operator. Contained sediment in the water is removed by means of fully integrated purification system. This purification system can consist of several stages and can be used to condition the sludge according to customer requirements as an aqueous or dry sludge. The operator decides on the degree of water purification as well as on the further use of the purified material. So it is possible to give rise to a closed material cycle. The operator saves high disposal costs, which leads to a quick amortization of the plant.
Winter version of this containerized system can be operated throughout the year. In addition to the particle size preparation, a binding material dosing can be integrated. This can increase the strength of the producible aggregates. If, in conventional cleaning systems, filter cakes or even large BigBags are used as waste, which must be disposed of manually and costly, the operator can use the patented process to reuse the end product.
