Our evaluation station for wastewater explained in a simple way
As a wastewater control system, the evaluation station essentially consists of three components:
- Controller Display module
- pH probe (redox probe)
- Opacity testing
The controller display module is the control and monitoring unit of the evaluation station. This means that we use it to control the connected probes and retrieve the values measured by them. The display unit has a modular design in order to be able to connect to different sensors.
Theoretically, it can even be coupled with up to 32 digital sensors. At the same time, it is mobile so that we can easily deploy our wastewater control system in different environments.
The sensors of our wastewater control system
Our pH probe is designed to be particularly resistant to contamination. Their maintenance costs are therefore low. It also provides the appropriate protection for the digital opacimeters we use. These are Solitac sc probes which enable opacity and loads of solids in the wastewater to be determined very precisely. The probes comply with the DIN EN ISO regulations. Their measuring range is so large and precise that they are suitable for practically all applications in the context of wastewater control.
