An evaluation station is indispensable for the construction, operation and maintenance of wastewater treatment plants. After all, various legal regulations regarding the quantity and harmfulness of discharged substances must be taken into account. We offer a suitable evaluation station with our wastewater control system. This is based on components that have been developed for us by specialists.
Our wastewater treatment plant explained in simple terms
As a sewage monitoring system, the evaluation station essentially consists of three components:
- Controller display module
- pH probe (redox probe)
- turbidity meter
The controller display module is the control and monitoring unit of the evaluation station. This means that we use it to control the connected probes and retrieve the values measured by them. The display unit has a modular design so that it can be connected to various sensors.
Theoretically, it can even be connected to up to 32 digital sensors. At the same time, it is mobile, allowing us to easily use our wastewater monitoring system in different environments.

The wastewater monitoring system sensors
Our pH probe is designed to be particularly resistant to contamination. This means that it requires very little maintenance. At the same time, it offers the right protection for the digital turbidity meters we use. These are Solitac sc probes. They not only enable particularly accurate determination of turbidity, but also of the level of solids in the wastewater. The probes comply with DIN EN ISO regulations. Their measuring range is so large and precise that they are suitable for practically all areas of application in the field of wastewater control.
Wastewater monitoring through an intelligent system
The individual components of the evaluation station are designed to work intelligently and proactively. Specifically, this means, for example, that you will be warned when they require maintenance. At the same time, the individual components connect seamlessly with each other. There is no need to install special software or anything similar. Once physically connected, the individual components work immediately as desired.
