The dewatering process of the AJF mobile filter press

From feeding to process water recirculation—the process is fully automated and designed for uninterrupted operation at the concrete plant.

Concrete slurry is automatically fed into the filter press.

Wastewater drainage

The sludge is filtered under pressure—solids and water are separated.

Filter Cake removal

The dewatered filter cake is automatically ejected and can be disposed of immediately or recycled.

Process Water Recirculation

The filtered water is returned to the concrete plant’s production cycle.
