The RT washing plant impresses with its high washing capacity of up to 25 m³/h and high flexibility in installation. The concrete recycling drum offers various installation options, especially for ready-mix concrete plants with truck mixers and concrete pumps. Infeed tables with a width of 4 m or 6 m and integrated table rinsing can be installed, as can an optional scoop wheel on all sides. The upper cover of the recycling reclaimer drum is made of aluminum and can be raised hydraulically into an upper service position.

MEASURABLE BENEFITS
The answer is obvious: not every concrete plant has sufficient space and the necessary permits to break up hardened concrete. In addition, the reuse of this material requires extensive sampling and complete documentation. Another decisive factor is that the disposal of concrete gravel, material declared as construction waste, or concrete residual water via landfills is becoming increasingly cost-intensive.
