Commercial employee / Export clerk (m/f/d)

Overview of your tasks

  • You arrange deliveries to our customers from our company and from subcontractors in the United Kingdom and abroad.
  • Your responsibilities will include preparing all necessary export documents.
  • You create Intrastat declarations and are responsible for classifying goods in the customs tariff.
  • The commissioning of logistics service providers and the review of the agreed terms and conditions
  • Your responsibilities will also include handling customs formalities independently and preparing employees internally for trips abroad.
  • You will support the sales department in preparing quotations, creating orders and issuing invoices.

Your profile

  • You have commercial training and already have experience with customs clearance.
  • You are reliable, work independently and are able to coordinate yourself and your tasks independently.
  • You are customer-oriented
  • You are prepared to work 15–20 hours per week.
