CWAS – Cement-water treatment as a raw material cycle
CWAS is a fully automatic, patented system developed specifically for the concrete industry. It presents itself as a closed raw material cycle with consistently low residual water density – stationary and mobile. Why dispose of it at great expense? With CWAS, you can reuse valuable materials and residual water in concrete production. The idea: water density standardisation, which allows you to comply with all water specification parameters by freely preselecting the density values of selected materials in the residual concrete water. Grain size processing and binder dosing can also be integrated; the pH value of the return water can be preset. The result? Cement water that can be reused up to a maximum of 100 per cent!
